Payment & Account Information

Families may pay for meals at school by cash, check or via Campus Portal, the foodservice online payment system.

Online Payments

Families are strongly encouraged to utilize meal payments via your  Campus Portal Parent Account as there is no fee to use it. Each child has his/her own meal account and a separate payment will be required for each child. Online payments credit to your child’s meal account immediately.
In Campus Portal, families can make one-time payments, view account balances and cafeteria purchase history, and set up low balance alert emails and/or text messages.

**NEW THIS YEAR! – Families can set up automatic payments via Campus Portal so their bank account will be automatically debited when your child’s account balance reaches the desired low amount. For instructions how to set up automatic payments, .

Cash or Check Payments

Meal payments in the form of cash or check may be dropped off at the front office of your child’s school. Cash: Must be placed in a sealed envelope with your child’s first/last name on the front.
Check: Must be made out to NPAS Nutrition Services. Please write your child’s first & last name on the memo line of a check.
If you have more than one child in the family, please specify the dollar amount to be applied to each child’s account. Please allow one school day for payments dropped off at a school building to be credited to your child’s meal account.

Tracking Meal Account Balances

Parents/Guardians are responsible for monitoring their students’ meal account balance. We appreciate your understanding of and compliance with our Unpaid Meals Policy, and your efforts to keep your child’s meal account balance in positive standing. There are multiple ways for students and parents to track their account balance:

  • Students are welcome to ask the cashier about their meal account balance.
  • Via Campus Portal, parents can view their child’s account balance information and cafeteria purchase history.
  • NPAS Nutrition Services sends automated phone calls and emails to families with balances under $10.00.
  • Parents may call the Nutrition Services office at 111-111-1774.
